Account Deletion
Sign in to Landscape Buddy, open Profile, and use Delete account to start and confirm deletion inside the app.
How to delete your account
Open the app, sign in, select Profile, then use Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE before the account and related records are permanently removed.
What may be deleted
User account
Your login account, role, and profile information may be deleted after we verify the request.
Workspace data
Owners may request deletion of workspace data such as clients, employees, sites, schedules, notes, and reports.
Records we may retain
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
